Eco Deck™ 28 day Return and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes, a return may be necessary. We accept returns as long as they are in perfect, resalable condition. Any items that have been cut, scratched, opened, partially used, or damaged in any other capacity are not eligible for return. All returns must be received within 28 days of your order being delivered. You must notify us of your wish to return any goods within 14 days of receipt and then return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
Please get in touch with our Customer Support team at sales@ecodeckcanada.com to initiate the return process and receive a returns form to attach to the returned goods.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee for all products will be deducted from the refunded amounts.
The Customer is fully responsible for returning the goods to the following address: 6520 68 St SE, Calgary AB, T2C 4V6.
The Customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product is reported as damaged within 24 hours of being received from Eco Deck™.
Damaged Goods/ Missing Items
If you receive damaged goods or any missing or incorrect items in your delivery, please report it within 24 hours of receipt. You can do this by emailing us at sales@ecodeckcanada.com and attaching photos of the damage.
Please note that we can only accept claims made within the first 24 hours. Any claims made after that time will be denied.
