Ordering & Payment Information

Review our current product pricing, add the materials you need to your cart, and submit your order request at checkout. An invoice will be emailed automatically, but no payment is required at this stage. We’ll review your order before sending payment options and available pickup or delivery dates and times. 

Step 1 — Build and Submit Your Order

Select your products, colours, and quantities and add them to your cart. At checkout, provide your pickup or delivery information and submit your order request.

Step 2 — Receive Your Automatic Invoice

An invoice showing your order details and total will be emailed automatically. No payment is required at this stage.

Step 3 — We Review the Details
We’ll confirm product availability, quantities, and pickup or delivery information. If anything is missing or needs clarification, we’ll contact you.

Step 4 — Confirm Payment and Scheduling
We’ll send your payment options along with available pickup or delivery dates and times. Once you confirm the details and payment arrangements, we’ll schedule your order.

Composite decking projects often require deck boards, bullnose boards, fascia, hidden fasteners, and Starter Fasteners.

Reviewing the order before payment helps catch missing materials and avoid unnecessary installation delays.

Auto-deposit is enabled. Please wait until we have reviewed your order and sent your payment instructions before sending payment. 

Major credit cards are accepted. A 2.4% processing fee applies.

Cash is accepted for scheduled pickups by arrangement.

Delivery Orders

• A 30% deposit is required to schedule delivery 
• Remaining balance due prior to or at delivery 

Pickup Orders

• Full payment is required before materials are released 

Payment requirements will be shown on your invoice. All materials must be paid for in full before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
