Eco Deck Delivery & Pick-Up Terms | Composite Decking

These Eco Deck™ delivery and pick-up terms apply to all composite decking orders across Alberta, including Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, and surrounding areas. Please review the information below to understand delivery timelines, curbside delivery requirements, pickup procedures, and important customer responsibilities related to your order. 

Delivery Scheduling 

After placing your order, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. An estimated delivery window will be provided, and any special requests can be discussed then. On the day of delivery, the driver will call to confirm the expected arrival window. 

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–4 business days within the Calgary area. For deliveries to other regions, delivery times may vary based on seasonal demand and driver availability. We recommend contacting us for an updated estimate if you are outside Calgary. If you need expedited delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.. 

All deliveries are made curbside only. The delivery service does not include carrying materials to the rear of the property. Please ensure there is adequate space at the curb to allow for a safe and efficient drop-off.

We recommend preparing a flat, level area large enough to accommodate the materials, along with 5–6 pieces of dunnage (scrap wood or similar, minimum 2 ft in length). Dunnage helps elevate the materials off the ground and protects them from moisture, stones, and other environmental factors.

If materials must be placed beyond curbside, this may be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Please contact a member of the Eco Deck™ team to discuss availability and pricing. 

Someone must be present to sign for delivery unless prior arrangements have been made with Eco Deck™. If no one is available to receive the order, an additional delivery fee will apply. Please note that the initial delivery fee is non-refundable. 

If the condition of the goods is not satisfactory upon delivery, this must be noted on the delivery form at the time of receipt. Please take photos as evidence and contact the Eco Deck™ team immediately by phone at 403-431-2065 or by email at sales@ecodeckcanada.com. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue. 

 Eco Deck™ offers free order pickup from our private storage yard in Calgary SE.

Once your order is placed and the pickup option is selected, a team member will contact you to schedule a pickup date and time. You will be provided with the name and contact number of the staff member assisting you.
 

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. If you are unable to attend, notify us at 403-431-2065 at least 3 hours in advance.
 

As our storage yard is used primarily for storage, staff may not always be on-site. We will wait up to 30 minutes past the agreed pickup time. If you do not arrive within this window, a new pickup appointment will need to be scheduled.

This is a private yard. Access instructions and a contact number will be provided prior to arrival. Once inside, please proceed to the rear of the yard and look for the Eco Deck storage containers.

Each order varies in size and weight. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe transportation of materials. The following checklist is provided for guidance:
 

• A vehicle or trailer rated to handle the total load weight
   
• Ratchet straps to secure the materials.
   
• Corner protectors or boards to prevent product damage
   
• A red or orange safety flag for oversized loads
   

If you require Eco Deck™ to calculate the total weight of your order, please notify us at least 24 hours before pickup.

 We do not have access to a forklift, so all orders are loaded by hand. Fortunately, there is plenty of space to maneuver your trailer, and we can arrange your materials within a few feet of your vehicle to make the process fast and straightforward.

Eco Deck™ will provide one staff member to assist with loading. We require at least one additional capable person to be present. If this is not possible, please notify us 24 hours in advance so alternative arrangements can be made.

 We aim to have pickup orders ready within 24 hours. Preparation times may vary depending on order volume and workload.
