Eco Deck™ Delivery Terms & Conditions
What Do I Need To Know?
After placing your order, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. They will provide you with an estimated time and discuss any special requests you may have. On the day of delivery, the driver will call you to give you an expected delivery window.
Our standard delivery time is 3-4 business days after completing the order. If you need a product sooner, don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to make this happen.
All deliveries will be made to your property's curbside; the delivery service does not cover the driver carrying materials to the rear of the property. We kindly ask that you clear sufficient space for the order to be dropped for a smooth delivery process. To ensure the safety of your order, we recommend clearing a flat area large enough to accommodate the materials and 5/6 dunnage (scrap wood or similar) that is at least 2ft in length. This will help elevate the material from the ground and protect it from any potential damage caused by stones, the elements, etc.
If you require the material to be dropped further than curbside, we can arrange that for you. However, an extra fee will be applied. To discuss this further, please contact a member of the Eco Deck™ team.
Someone must be present to sign for product delivery unless other arrangements have been made prior with Eco Deck™. If no one is available, an additional delivery fee will be charged. Please note that the first delivery fee is non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods when delivered, you must indicate this on the delivery form signed upon receipt of the goods. Please also take pictures as evidence of the issue and inform the Eco Deck™ team immediately by calling 403 431 2065 or emailing sales@ecodeckcanada.com. Our team will rectify the problem for you as quickly as possible.

Eco Deck™ Pick-Up Terms & Conditions
What Do I Need To Know?
Eco Deck™ provides a free pickup service for your order from our private storage yard in Calgary, SE.
Order Pickup Process:
Once you have placed your order online and selected the pickup option, a team member will contact you by phone or email to arrange a suitable date and time for collection. You will be provided with the name and contact number of the staff member who will assist you with the process.
It is important to arrive on time for the agreed-upon time slot. If you cannot make it, please contact us by calling 403 431 2065 no later than 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Please be aware that our storage yard is only used for storage purposes, so our staff may not always be on-site. We will wait for you for up to 30 minutes after the agreed time. After that, you must contact us to arrange a new time slot for another day and time.
Where Is The Pick-Up Location?
Our location is at:
6520 68 St SE, Calgary, T2C 4V6.
This is a private yard and you will need to call us to gain access upon arrival, using the number that we will provide. Once inside the yard, please drive all the way to the back and look out for the Eco Deck sign beside the storage containers.
What Do I Need To Bring?
Every order has unique specifications such as size and weight, which will require specific equipment for transportation. The following checklist is merely a set of suggestions to assist you in preparing for delivery. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that the order is transported safely to its destination.
- You will need a vehicle or trailer that can accommodate the gross weight of the material. If you require Eco Deck to calculate the gross weight, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.
- You will need appropriate ratchet straps to secure the load.
- You will need corner boards or similar materials to protect your product from damage while strapping down the load.
- You will need a red or orange warning flag for any oversized load.
Please ensure that you bring all the necessary equipment when collecting your load.
Do You Have a Forklift to Load Material?
We do have access to a forklift; however, in most cases, your order will be loaded by hand. We have lots of room for you to maneuver a trailer and will be able to get within a few feet of order to ensure quick and easy loading.
Do I Have To Load the Material Myself?"
No, we will provide a staff member to assist you. However, we require at least one additional person who is capable of lifting 30 lbs to be present during pickup. If this is not possible, please inform us 24 hours before pickup so that we can arrange to have two staff members available to help.
How Long Does It Take For My Order To Be Ready?
We strive to have your order ready for pickup within 24 hours. However, please understand that this may vary depending on our current workload.
